/ Robotic Welding group is supported by state-of-the-art robotic
cells with a variety of control and manipulating equipment ranging
from simple single robot / rotary table cells to larger ones
containing twin robots with servo driven ferris wheel positioners.
This gives us the capability of fully synchronized, 7-axle, mirrored
welding of assemblies of 300 lbs. each.
• Our staff is one of the
best technical teams in the industry. Mechanical and welding
engineers, backed by robotic and programming experts, in conjunction
with quality assurance engineers can provide the total service
you need.
• We can furnish you with
parts from ounces to over 500 lbs. Size
Range: Up to 46" Dia x 115" Long.
• Advanced power supplies
provide carefully controlled weld parameters, including pulse,
with workhorse
reliability. Our controllers have touch sensing and seam tracking
capable of properly welding "tough-to-do" parts.
